Dr. Cohen-Maitre conducts pediatric neuropsychological, developmental and psychoeducational evaluations and assessments. Her specializations are in the areas of developmental and learning disabilities including autism spectrum disorder, reading, math and written language disorders, in addition to executive functioning and attentional disorders. Dr. Cohen-Maitre is on the professional advisory board for Shane's Inspiration. She has performed countless evaluations for students in a variety of school districts and for child and adult clients of Harbor and Tri-Counties Regional Centers. Dr. Cohen-Maitre is a published researcher in the area of Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI). Dr. Cohen-Maitre's research is considered to be a classic in the field of CVI.
